الشروط والأحكام

باستخدام موقع معهد الجودة أو إنشاء حساب، يوافق المستخدم على الضوابط التالية.

الحساب

يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة والمحافظة على سرية كلمة المرور. الحساب شخصي ولا يجوز بيعه أو مشاركته أو إتاحته للغير.

الأجهزة والدخول

قد يُحدد عدد الأجهزة المسموح بها للحساب لحماية المحتوى. ويحق للمعهد إيقاف الدخول مؤقتًا عند رصد استخدام غير معتاد أو تجاوز الحد إلى أن تتم مراجعة الحالة.

المحتوى وحقوق الاستخدام

المحاضرات والملفات والاختبارات والعلامات المائية مخصصة للاستخدام الدراسي الشخصي. يُمنع تسجيل المحتوى أو نسخه أو نشره أو إعادة بيعه أو مشاركة روابطه وبيانات الدخول.

الاشتراك والدفع

يظهر سعر المادة ونوع الاشتراك قبل إتمام الدفع. يبدأ الوصول إلى المحتوى المدفوع بعد تأكيد العملية وربط الاشتراك بالحساب. وعند تعطل التفعيل يجب التواصل مع المعهد وإرفاق مرجع الدفع.

الإلغاء والاسترداد

تخضع طلبات الإلغاء أو الاسترداد لطبيعة الاشتراك والمحتوى الذي تم فتحه والعرض المعلن عند الشراء. يجب تقديم الطلب للإدارة لمراجعته، ولا يُعد إرسال الطلب وحده موافقة على الاسترداد.

الاستخدام المخالف

يجوز تعليق الحساب أو تقييد الوصول عند مشاركة الحساب، محاولة تجاوز الحماية، إساءة استخدام الخدمات، أو الاعتداء على حقوق المعهد أو المدرسين، مع الاحتفاظ بالحقوق النظامية.

تحديث الشروط

قد تُحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطوير الخدمات أو تغير المتطلبات. يستمر تطبيق النسخة المنشورة على الموقع من تاريخ تحديثها.

Terms and Conditions

By using the Jawda Institute website or creating an account, users agree to the following terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and protect your password. An account is personal and may not be sold, shared, or made available to another person.

Devices and access

A device limit may apply to protect course content. Jawda may temporarily restrict access when unusual usage or a device-limit breach is detected while the case is reviewed.

Content licence

Lectures, files, assessments, and watermarks are provided for personal study only. Recording, copying, publishing, reselling, or sharing content, links, or credentials is prohibited.

Subscriptions and payment

The course price and subscription type are shown before payment. Paid access begins after the transaction is confirmed and the enrolment is linked to the account. Contact Jawda with the payment reference if activation is delayed.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation or refund requests depend on the subscription, content already accessed, and the offer stated at purchase. Requests must be reviewed by the administration and submission alone does not constitute approval.

Misuse

Jawda may suspend or restrict an account for account sharing, attempts to bypass security, misuse of services, or infringement of institute or teacher rights, while retaining its lawful rights.

Updates

These terms may be updated as services or requirements change. The version published on the website applies from its update date.
